"The Election" is now available from US online bookstore, Lulu both as a paperback and in e-book form. It took quite a bit of doing for a person like me who is not tech-savy but I got there in the end.
It can be viewed at www.lulu.com/content/paperback-book/the-election/8431419.
It would not be economical for anyone outside of the US to buy the paperback that way because of postage and handling charges.
