The proof copy of "The Election" arrived yesterday from createspace.com and looked great. Within the next couple of weeks the book will appear on Amazon.com and others in createspace.com's distribution channel.
I'll soon be tackling lightningsource.com which has other international distribution channels.
It's all systems go now!
